The online booking service was clear and easy and gave me confirmation that the flowers would arrive. I was disapointed with the size of the bouquet though. I spent extra for the bouquet and when I saw them thought they didnt represent what i spent. My sister in law also bought flowers and spent less and her bouquet was bigger and bolder. My parents loved them though. Thank you
